Established in 2011, Des Moines’ The Sheet has spent a decade sharing their reggae infused fun around the Midwest. They credit their influences to a wide range of artists, including Sublime, Jason Mraz, Bob Marley, Jack Johnson, Eric Clapton, Tom Petty, Dirty Heads, Johnny Cash, Beatles, Zac Brown Band, Pink Floyd, Matisyahu, Radio Head, Incubus, David Bowie, Nirvana, SOJA, Elton John, Bill Withers, Maroon 5, Cold Play, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bruno Mars, Eagles, Toots & The Maytals, Jimi Hendrix, MGMT, UB40 etc. When they agreed to do this gig, they reported it was partly because they were hungry for Taco Tico and Northwestern Steakhouse.
