Donation Requests
Fat Hill Brewing takes pride in supporting the communities it serves and is glad to help in fundraising efforts of local nonprofit organizations. (Local to us is the 30 mile radius around MC.)
We'd love to contribute to everyone who asks, but as a newish owner-run small business that is unfortunately impossible. We get a lot of requests for donations- our record is currently 8 in just one week.
If you'd like us to consider your event, please fill out all the information below an submit at least 2 weeks before your event (important). We prefer to donate to local 501c3 organizations and prefer not to donate to political, religious, or youth groups. Due to the nature of our 21-years-of-age-and-older product, we try not to donate to any event or organization that focuses on children or that children would be involved in, in any way. This rules out most school-related fundraisers.
We have a standard prize/silent auction package for accepted applications that will need to be picked up during regular business hours at the brewery by a representative of your organization. At the time of pick-up, we will require a donation receipt from you.
