We're pairing four delicious mini handmade chocolates with four taster size Fat Hill Brewing beers. The chocolates are by Vicki Warner, the culinary mastermind behind Chocolates by Vicki and The Iowa Grill food truck. Why pair food with beer? Pairing food with beer helps you recognize and enhance new flavors in both the beer and the food, making both things more delicious!

Your $16 ticket price includes the chocolate flight and accompanying beers (four types of chocolate/four beers). No substitutions. Although the full menu is yet to be set (because we wait to see what's going to be on tap that night, in order to ensure perfect pairings!), the flight night will probably not be suitable for people that avoid nuts.

Tickets are required for this event. Walk-in requests for chocolate flights unfortunately cannot be fulfilled. Due to our desire to provide the best quality service to each customer, we are selling exactly 50 tickets and no more, so if you're interested we suggest you buy now. (Some of our flight nights have sold out in less than 48 hours.)

Come in any time between 4 PM - and 10 PM on Wednesday, January 10 to claim your goodies. In the event of bad weather, the make-up date will be the following day, Thursday, January 11.
